"Usakose" was the first RR breeder in Australia to import and successfully use frozen semen from the USA. We are also the first Queensland breeder to have produced a male "Grand Champion" who has produced a Grand Champion. We were also the first Australian breeder to have a Grand Champion who has produced a Grand Champion.
"Usakose" is the only Queensland breeder to have exported puppies to the Philippines, Japan, South America, USA and South Africa.

We have now bred 51 Champions including 1 Supreme Australian Champion; 3 Australian Grand Champions; 2 South African Champions ; 2 American Champions; 1 Japanese Champion and 2 International Champions with more on their way...............

Currently, the only Rhodesian Ridgeback breeder in Tasmania to be licenced to judge All Breeds and BIS locally and internationally.

At Open Specialty level : Best Exhibit in Show, Open in Show, Best Headed Bitch in Show and Best Ridged in Show, Minor Puppy in Show.
Hound Specialty saw "Usakose" dogs awarded: Runner-Up Best Exhibit in Show, Open in Show, Minor Puppy in Show.
Currently, the only Rhodesian Ridgeback breeder in Queensland to have Best Exhibit in Show (Championship Specialty) mother and daughter combinations. In 1998 & 1999 Ch. Usakose Flyin First Class "Tubby" won Best Exhibit in Show at the RRCQldInc. Championship Show. In 2000 & 2001 we did not exhibit at the RRCQldInc. Champioship Show returning in 2002 where her daughter Ch. Usakose Success By Design (AI) "Murphy" won Best Exhibit in Show under breeder judge Mrs Janet Wang from South Africa with the largest breed entry seen in the state at state specialty level, a record previously held by her dam "Tubby"!!!!!!.
So far this year, 2005 "Usakose" breeding can be found directly behind the BISS (RRCQInc.), RUBISS (RRCQInc.), BPIS (RRCQInc.), Multiple Best Exhibit in Group winners and Class in Show winners in 2 States/Territories around Australia, Class in Group winners in 4 States/Territories around Australia. In 2004 Am.Ch. Usakose Embraceable Yu SC, CGC won Best Ridge in Show at the USA RR National! From our "Potter" x "Murphy" litter "Saber" (Usakose Doubledged Sword) was Baby in Show at the RRCQInc show in June 2005 and is now residing in Texas, USA and is shortly to commence his show career in the USA. "Bridget" (Usakose Edge of Reason) has already commenced her show career with Troy & Renee Davis of Rhodepark in NSW and already has amassed numerous Baby of Breeds (over older competition), Multiple Baby in Groups and a Baby Puppy in Show. "Lenko" (Usakose Ive Got the Edge) in WA with Liz Case has already been a Baby Puppy in Group winner. "Reggie" (Usakose Edged in Red) in NT with Gail & Lisa has already been a Baby Puppy in Group winner at the Darwin Royal whilst "Jazz" (Usakose Edge of Passion) now owned by Emma Lucas of Kamania has also been a Multiple Baby Puppy in Group winner.
